Log into your Netgate account, navigate to your order history, and select the item you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories that were included in the box.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
